This victory marked Royal Regatta's 40th lifetime win in an illustrious career spanning 203 starts, elevating his total earnings to $317,155. Trained by Richard Moreau and owned by Don Beanland, the nine-year-old gelding caught the attention of Hani Selbak of Burlington, who claimed him in the race, adding another chapter to Royal Regatta's remarkable journey on the harness racing circuit.
