A whopping $20 million has been allocated for Cullen

Travis Cullen, a master of the harness racing world, has kicked off 2024 with a bang. In a feat that's nothing short of awe-inspiring, he has now surpassed a staggering $20 million in career-driving earnings. This monumental achievement was sealed with a victory in the feature race at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Tuesday (Apr. 2).

Cullen strategically positioned Exotic Dragon (Custard The Dragon) in the pocket behind Major League N (Ed Hensley), who set a steady pace with fractions of:27.4, 57.4, and 1:26.4. In a heart-pounding turn of events, the magnificent Exotic Dragon surged ahead of the competition as they rounded the final turn, leaving Premier Delight and Major League N in its wake. The victory was sealed in a breathtaking time of 1:57.1. Premier Delight, who made a remarkable comeback, secured the second position behind Major League N.

Exotic Dragon has been dominating the competition this season, securing victory for the sixth time. Throughout its career, it has achieved an impressive record of 34 wins out of 108 races. The mare, which Cullen co-owns with Paul Sanders of Surry and Ron Cullen of Dundas, has accumulated a total of $346,093 in earnings throughout her career. Jodie Cullen instructs the young child.
