Beeline, a horse owned by Vintage Thoroughbreds LLC, Scott Estes, and Brian Hanley, did astoundingly well in the Hutcheson race at Gulfstream Park.
“He’s a really game horse. I am really impressed by him,” Beeline’s jockey Edgard Zayas announced. “It takes a lot. It’s one of the toughest races when they’re so young with only one start and running against horses that have run multiple times.”
Beeline, trained by Riley Mott, won his first race by almost 4 lengths and led from the beginning in his second race. He was challenged by Ship to Shore and Valiant Force on the far turn, but Beeline held on to win despite the pressure.
