Howmac Charmer (Malicious) delivered an outstanding performance in the Tuesday night harness racing feature at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway, achieving a lifetime best time of 1:54.4 under the guidance of driver David Dowling. This impressive victory marked a significant win for owner Doug Williams in the $3,300 featured pace. Brookdale Johnny, driven by Paul Langille, secured second place, while Sauble Attack, with Ken Murphy in the sulky, finished third.
Trainer Kyle Williams celebrated an additional success with Starshipsalicia (Pang Shui), who crossed the finish line in 2:00.2, piloted by Langille, completing Williams’ double for the night.
In the Race 5 Lester Chappell Memorial, Midnight Mood (Jk Endofanera) triumphed under Myles Heffernan Sr., clocking in at 2:00 for owner-trainer Allan Gregory of Charlottetown. Gregory also enjoyed another victory with Dylan Sam (Sweet Lou) driven by Ken Murphy, who finished in 1:59.2.
The Fox Group Racing Events saw Rusty Riley (Langille) take the win in 2:00.2, followed by Outrageous Song (Gilles Barrieau) at 2:01.2. Ken Murphy had an impressive night, securing a driving triple.
Additionally, the program featured a non-wagering P.E.I. Matinee Racing Championship Final, which was won by Paints Pride with driver Keith MacDonnell.
