Last Glow emerged victorious from start to finish in the Tuesday night's (March 19) race

Last Glow emerged victorious in the featured $21,622 Winners Over Trot at Bally's Dover on Tuesday night (March 19). In the early stages of the race, Last Glow, Crystal Fashion, and The Fast Lane all vied for the lead. However, Last Glow took control after The Fast Lane, the even-money favourite with a nine-race winning streak, broke stride approaching the :28.2 quarter-mile mark. With The Fast Lane out of contention, Last Glow and driver Jack Parker Jr. maintained their position at the front while Crystal Fashion followed closely behind in the pocket. Swan In Motion trailed in third, and 13-year-old JL Cruze launched a first-over bid up the backstretch.

As the race progressed, Last Glow clocked a three-quarter time of 1:25.4. However, JL Cruze began to tire, allowing Speed Away and That Ole Bar Stool to make their moves approaching the top of the stretch. Despite a late challenge from Speed Away, Last Glow held on to win by half a length in a time of 1:55. Swan In Motion secured a third-place finish after racing along the inside throughout the race.

Last Glow, a son of Trixton-Glow, is trained by Carol Jamieson-Parker and owned by Charles Groce II. The winning payout for Last Glow was $11.80.
