The Queens M G triumphed at Saratoga

After a surprising 44-1 victory on opening day, The Queens M G increased her stakes tally with a standout performance in Sunday's Grade 3, $200,000 Adirondack at Saratoga. The 6 1/2-furlong sprint for 2-year-old fillies saw the Thousand Words dark bay, trained by Saffie Joseph Jr. and owned by C2 Racing Stable and Mathis Stable, impressively win.

Previously, she won the listed Schuylerville on July 11 at Saratoga by 2 3/4 lengths, having bounced back from a disappointing race in the Astoria on June 6. With this latest win, The Queens M G is now a 3-for-4 lifetime, with all victories coming from outside draws.

Trainer Joseph remarked, "We wanted to see if she was the real deal today. After her unexpected win last time and with just one work in between, she was as fit as she could be."
