Both No. 1 Twin B Joe Fresh and No. 2 Jiggy Jog S were idle this week. Chantilly, undefeated in eight career starts, moved from fifth to third after winning the fifth Gold Series leg of the Ontario Sires Stakes for two-year-old female pacers. This marks the first time since Week 22 of 2021 that female horses have occupied the top three positions, when Lyons Sentinel, Venerable, and Test Of Faith led the rankings.

Captain Albano, who was also idle, remained in fourth place, while Karl dropped from third to fifth after finishing fifth in the Kentucky Futurity. Kentucky Futurity winner Sig Sauer made his debut in the Top 10, landing in eighth place, while Fallout entered the rankings at No. 10 after winning a division of the International Stallion Stakes.

Legendary Hanover slipped from seventh to ninth following a fifth-place finish in the Tattersalls Pace. Meanwhile, Maryland and Nijinsky, the other Top 10 horses, remained idle. Highland Kismet, who placed eighth in the Kentucky Futurity, and Its A Love Thing, who did not race, both fell out of the Top 10.

The Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll, released every Tuesday during the Grand Circuit season, is based on the votes of harness racing media representatives. It does not determine the U.S. Horse of the Year, which is decided by members of the U.S. Harness Writers Association through voting for various Dan Patch Awards, including Horse of the Year, Trotter of the Year, and Pacer of the Year.
