Upcoming racing cards cancellations in P.E.I due to snowstorm

Due to a winter storm in Charlottetown, P.E.I., many out-of-province attendees of Saturday night's O'Brien Awards have experienced travel disruptions. Flights departing from Charlottetown Airport were cancelled, resulting in driver Natasha Day being unavailable for her scheduled drives on Tuesday at The Raceway at Western Fair District in London, Ont.

Additionally, drivers James MacDonald, Louis-Philippe Roy, and Jody Jamieson had to miss their Monday drives at Woodbine Mohawk Park due to the cancelled flights on Sunday. However, on Tuesday, the first flight landed in Toronto from Charlottetown, carrying Jamieson, MacDonald, Roy, Trainer of the Year Dr Ian Moore, Future Star Award winner Cassidy Schneider, Armstrong Breeder of the Year David Heffering, trainers David Menary and Brett Lester, and their respective entourages.
