An evening of thrilling harness racing action

The Meadowlands Pace Night card is set to feature an array of star-studded harness racing talent on Saturday, July 13, with 11 consecutive stakes races on the agenda. The first race will kick off at 6:20 p.m.

The highlight of the evening is the 2024 Meadowlands Pace, scheduled as Race 11, where two Anthony Beaton-trained elimination winners, Legendary Hanover and Nijinsky, will vie for the $650,000 prize. Nijinsky, undefeated in six starts this season, is looking to replicate Tall Dark Stranger's 2020 feat of winning both the North America Cup and Meadowlands Pace in the same year.

Several other stakes races will showcase top-tier talent, including the Miss Versatility Series, Del Miller Memorial, Jerry Silverman Memorial, and Stanley Dancer Memorial, among others. Notable contenders include M Ms Dream, French Champagne, Honeys Sweet, and Twin B Joe Fresh.

The night will also feature the $425,000 E.T. Gerry Hambletonian Maturity for four-year-old trotters, with Graduate champ Winners Bet seeking to maintain his undefeated record. Additionally, the William R. Haughton Memorial will see defending champion Charlie May face off against top older male pacers such as Voukefalas, Abuckabett Hanover, and Ruthless Hanover.

With a packed schedule of high-stakes races and top-notch competitors, Meadowlands Pace Night promises an evening of thrilling harness racing action at The Meadowlands.
