Pick Pocket Dominates Late for Meadows Feature Victory

Pick Pocket, driven by Anthony MacDonald, overcame an early challenge from Rhythm Of Life to secure a commanding victory in Wednesday’s $18,310 conditioned pace at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. After being looped at the gate and settling into the pocket, Pick Pocket launched a decisive move near the three-quarters mark. He powered past Rhythm Of Life and cruised to the wire in 1:54.2, finishing 2-1/2 lengths ahead of Mass Market, with Momoni De Vie completing the trifecta.  

The win adds to an impressive record for the Tim Twaddle trainee, who now boasts lifetime earnings of $226,067. Pick Pocket races for TheStable Pick Pocket Group.
