Señor Buscador Leads 10 Graded Winners

Señor Buscador, victor of the Group 1 Saudi Cup in February, showcased his form on Wednesday with his second workout since his third-place finish in the Dubai World Cup (G1) back in March.

The 6-year-old son of Mineshaft impressed with a three-furlong workout at San Luis Rey Training Centre, clocking in at 36.4 seconds, ranking fifth among 10 workouts at the same distance. This follows his previous workout on May 30, where he covered three furlongs in 39.0 seconds under the training of Todd Fincher.

Señor Buscador was among the 10 graded-stakes winners who had published works on Wednesday:

- Señor Buscador, a Grade 2 winner (2023 San Diego Handicap), completed three furlongs in 36.4 seconds at San Luis Rey on Wednesday morning.

- Taxed, a Grade 2 winner (2023 Black-Eyed Susan), clocked four furlongs in 47.4 seconds at Churchill Downs on Wednesday morning.

- Bold Act, a Grade 3 winner (2023 Sycamore), completed three furlongs in 37.2 seconds at Keeneland on Wednesday morning.

- Cazadero, a Grade 3 winner (2020 Bashford Manor), covered five furlongs in 1:03.0 at Louisiana Downs on Wednesday morning.

- Danse Macabre, a Grade 3 winner (2023 Herecomesthebride), achieved four furlongs in 47.2 seconds at Turfway Park on Wednesday morning.

- Gray's Fable, a Grade 3 winner (2021 Appleton), posted four furlongs in 50.6 seconds at Turfway Park on Wednesday morning.

- Lemon Muffin, a Grade 3 winner (2024 Honeybee), completed four furlongs in 48.6 seconds at Churchill Downs on Wednesday morning.

On Tuesday, Repo Rocks and Chateau also had notable workouts at Belmont Park.
