Winning Ticket, Tequila Talkin, and Don't Take My Keys all surged off the starting line and charged into the first turn in unison. Tequila Talkin managed to overtake Winning Ticket before the clock hit a speedy :28.2 for the opening quarter.

Despite a strong finish, Don't Take My Keys fell just short by half a length, with Tequila Talkin holding on for victory in 1:54.3.
With owners Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi and under the guidance of trainer Michael Burke, the skilled nine-year-old boosted his career earnings to $585,022.
