The Kentucky Derby will be entered by No More Time with "A Chance to Win," according to Jose D'Angelo

No More Time, owned by Morplay Racing LLC, completed a brisk half-mile workout at Palm Meadows Training Centre. This workout was in preparation for an upcoming race in the prestigious Kentucky Derby (G1) on May 4.

The colt, trained by Jose D'Angelo, completed his second workout at Gulfstream Park's satellite training facility in Palm Beach County. This comes after his impressive second-place finish in the Tampa Bay Derby (G2) on March 9. The colt's time for the workout was 48.60 seconds.

"He operated solo. He performed well and also had a powerful gallop-out," D'Angelo commented. Everything is great. We have our sights set on participating in the prestigious Kentucky Derby.

With an impressive 45 qualifying points for the Kentucky Derby, No More Time currently holds the 19th spot in the standings. This is a significant position, as it will ultimately decide the 20-horse field for the prestigious first leg of the Triple Crown at Churchill Downs. The anticipation and excitement for No More Time's potential participation in the Kentucky Derby is palpable.

No More Time, the resilient colt from Iowa, showed his determination and resilience in his previous races. Despite a less-than-ideal start and a wide trip, he placed fifth in the January 1 Mucho Macho Man race. Undeterred, he secured a commanding one ¼-length win in the Sam F. Davis (G3) at Tampa Bay Downs on February 10. This display of resilience and determination is a testament to his potential in the upcoming Kentucky Derby.
