The Saturday card at Sam Houston presents an array of seven-stakes races for Texas Champions

This year signifies the second edition of the Texas Thoroughbred Association Oaks and Derby.

Texas Champions Day has been a highly anticipated event in the Thoroughbred season ever since the inauguration of Sam Houston Race Park in 1994. The upcoming edition, scheduled for Saturday, March 23, will showcase both past Texas Champions and the promising future talents of the Lone Star State.

The draws for each of the Texas Champions Day stakes have been finalized. The action-packed 10-race card will commence at 1:00 pm (CT).
