The Wagering Profile of Fraser Downs Has Been Updated

Fraser Downs is introducing exciting changes to their wagering profile, offering a fresh and dynamic experience.

Beginning Thursday, April 4, there will be an exciting twist with two Pick 4s on every program that includes nine or more races. Get ready for double the excitement! The first Pick 4 begins in Race 2, while the late Pick 4 maintains the thrill by covering the final four races on the program. The Pick 4 wagers offer a takeout rate of 15 percent.

"We are extremely pleased with the overwhelming support our racing has been receiving recently, and we are committed to further nurturing and sustaining the excitement surrounding B.C. racing," expressed Dawn Lupul, Manager of Racing and Communications.

Lupul pointed out that the early Pick 4 presents a chance for customers who enjoy tracks such as Woodbine Mohawk Park and Meadowlands to participate in the excitement as these eastern tracks conclude their races for the day.

With these modifications, the upcoming Pick 5 will conclude with a grand finale on April 4, showcasing a compulsory prize distribution and an impressive carryover amounting to $2,035 for the event. Starting April 5, the racecourse will introduce a new $1 Pick 3 option, replacing the Pick 5 in Race 4. The takeout rate will be set at 15 percent.
